Bough a 2024 Kia Forte today. Ron Brunty was great from the start. i had the best expierence ever here, Josh is the one that helped me, and let me just say i am from west virginia i drove 3 hours to get there, no one in west virginia could approve me with a car but as soon as Josh messaged me he was easily able to get me approved, wasn't the car i wanted but im starting to love my Kia Forte he put me in. He did an amazing job and i'll defiantly be back to get another car from him. only con i have to say is it does take a long time from start to finish he told me id be out by 12-12:30 so i could make it to work on time, that wasn't the case i didn't leave till about 1:30, was late to work, but it was well worth it, please go here for all your car needs!

I had an unexpected car malfunction with my 2013 Journey (wasn’t purchased from Kia). With the work I do, when I have to go I have to be able to jump in and leave . That means I can’t wait on someone to pick me up. So I took the leap to check out Diehl. And within a day I was driving away in a 2020 Santa Fe. Jared & Jeff were phenomenal. Between my pickiness , and going above and beyond just make sure i absolutely loved what I was going to be in…they had patience lol They made the paper work process a breeze. And let’s not forget the utmost respect these men have for their customers ! I’d give this place a 10/10 if I could !
