We had a great experience at Diehl Kia! We stopped by on a busy Friday to test drive several different cars to narrow down what I wanted. Jared Ady was our salesman and he wasn’t pushy took his time and was very friendly! We came in with a list of 4 different cars to try and Jared listened to everything I liked and didn’t like and suggested I try the Kia Sorento. It was also pouring down rain! He ran and got one in the color I had mentioned that I liked. We tested it and got his card and told him we would reach out we still had to think about what we wanted. A week later I texted him and asked if he could get two of the cars ready and we made an appointment to test drive them again. He was wonderful and patient the entire time, never once made us feel like we were taking to much time. We ended up getting the car he had suggested the green Sorento. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership!
