I had a good experience Diehl Kia. My engine blew in my Kia and they took care of dealing with the manufacturer to get it replaced under a recall. When it was approved and they received the engine they worked efficiently and got it done way before the allotted time I was to get it back. It's been a month and I have had not trouble with my Kia Sorento. Thank you for your good service.

He took us right into the building and got us some cold water. His level of respect, knowledge, and professionalism was very impressive. He was able to get the interest rate down enough to add a 3 year warranty and gap insurance without raising the payment. 100% would recommend. Really great car buying experience. They were friendly and very easy to work with. There was some small amounts of wear on the passenger seat and they had their upholstery expert repair it and the fix is undetectable. The car is in excellent condition, the price was fair, and they had it in sparkling shape with a full tank of gas when we picked it up. They also called the next day to see if I had any questions. Truly one of the most pleasant car purchasing experiences I've ever had.
