My experience with Diehl Kia came out of desperation and necessity. I ended up being pleasantly surprised! I purchased a new vehicle sight unseen from an out of state dealer. I vetted the dealership and vehicle as best I could but alas, the vehicle turned up completely lacking in the main specs I wanted. I kept the vehicle for three days before finally deciding I couldn’t keep it. I wanted what I wanted. It was a huge mess and my financials were all tied up. I started looking just to see what was out there and if I had a shot at actually getting what I wanted. I found exactly what I wanted, or at least what looked to be what I wanted. That’s when Keoo at Diehl Kia came and made it happen for me! He was extremely helpful, patient, and worked with my wonky schedule to get it out all worked out. 10/10 would recommend the salesman and dealership!

I previously bought my Carnival from here in 2022 and had an excellent experience. When we started shopping for a car for my son, we went to 2 other dealerships and left feeling frustrated and let down by the quality of the vehicles and service. We went back to Diehl Kia and worked with Mason Ford who worked with us to find us exactly what we were looking for. He was honest and patient and made the whole process much less stressful. I really wish we would have just stuck with Diehl Kia from beginning when we were back in the market for another vehicle. They’re such a great team to work with!

Came here after a terrible experience with another dealership. Jared was amazing, he worked quickly, was super communicative, and awesome to work with. They gave me a loaner while they fixed the windshield and detailed the car (cracked before I bought the car). Both drop off and pick up were super easy. I would definitely considering coming here again to purchase another vehicle in the future.

Honestly the easiest most transparent process with buying a car. Jared was our sales guy and just made the process so easy and realistic. Cars amazing and they’re even fixing the bumper and windshield because I wasn’t buying it without. Definitely will come back in the future when needing another car.
