My experience with Diehl Kia came out of desperation and necessity. I ended up being pleasantly surprised! I purchased a new vehicle sight unseen from an out of state dealer. I vetted the dealership and vehicle as best I could but alas, the vehicle turned up completely lacking in the main specs I wanted. I kept the vehicle for three days before finally deciding I couldn’t keep it. I wanted what I wanted. It was a huge mess and my financials were all tied up. I started looking just to see what was out there and if I had a shot at actually getting what I wanted. I found exactly what I wanted, or at least what looked to be what I wanted. That’s when Keoo at Diehl Kia came and made it happen for me! He was extremely helpful, patient, and worked with my wonky schedule to get it out all worked out. 10/10 would recommend the salesman and dealership!

I had an excellent experience buying my car from Diehl Kia. Before visiting, I called several local dealerships and gave each one the same straightforward request for their best price. Some tried to get me into the store first or added things I had already said I did not want. Diehl Kia was different. Keoo gave me a strong offer up front with no games, no fluff, and no pressure. Once I had the quote in writing, I set up a time to come in. I had my kids with me, so I asked if as much as possible could be handled ahead of time, and Keoo absolutely delivered. Even on a busy Saturday, the whole process from arrival to departure was just over an hour, which was impressive. The finance experience was just as good. My options were clearly explained, but there was no pressure at all. Overall, this was by far the best car buying experience I found anywhere locally. I bought the same vehicle from another dealer within the past two years, and this experience was significantly better. If you are shopping for a Kia in the area, I would highly recommend starting with Diehl Kia.

First I have bought or helped buy about 10 vehicles in the last few years in state and out of state. I buy a new car prob every 2 years or less. I'm not a pro but understand how the sales part works. I'm the easiet customer, I do not need to be shown vehicles or options I know exactly what I want but won't be taken advantage of. I have done deals where I walk in sign and drive about 30 minutes max. No one wants to sit in a dealer all day. Time is money for both parties. With that said: Delt with Mason in sales for a used vehicle for my brother in law. We spoke about price and I received a buyers order. He was quick and very responsive. Price was exactly what we spoke about-- no surprises or add ons. Things went a little sideways in finance with items being added: Zurich ($1000) and GAP ($1200). Make sure you read the docs and focus on the amount financed to get a clear picture of what you are financing. My brother in law left with extras that he didn't need and one that was "included in the price" but was added as an extra. A 3 star review was left. However: Dan Klaes the GM reached out after the sale and seeing the review and made everything right!!! That shows a lot about this dealer and that they actually care about you after a sale. Thank you!!! Will hopefully do business again in the near future! My brother in law is happy and they are enjoying thier vehicle! Thank you to the GM, Mason and anyone else who helped resolve the issue.
