Amazing experience with Ward Kiko at Diehl Kia in Massillon! I had been working with another dealership for more than a week, primarily because it was closer to me and had the exact vehicle and color combination I wanted. However, trying to get a straightforward cash deal felt like pulling teeth. After seeing Diehl’s online inventory, I decided to give them a call—and the difference was night and day. Within about 15 minutes, I had a price and an appointment scheduled for the following morning. When we arrived, everything was ready to go, and we were literally in and out in about half an hour. There were no games, no runaround, and no wasted time. Ward was wonderful to work with: polite, knowledgeable, helpful, informative, and genuinely pleasant throughout the entire process. He answered all our questions, made everything easy, and never made us feel pressured. After spending more than a week going back and forth with another dealership, I couldn’t believe how simple Diehl and Ward made the entire process. I only wish I had called them first! If you’re looking for a Kia, I highly recommend Ward Kiko and Diehl Kia in Massillon. It was absolutely worth the drive, and I would happily buy from Ward again!
